Job Description:

At Solduct, a leading company in the construction sector, we are looking for a Construction Administrator to join our team.


The selected candidate will work closely with the administrative and accounting department and the construction team, assuming responsibility for comprehensive documentation management and administrative processes specific to the project, as well as providing support with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Main functions:

  • Preparation, monitoring, and administrative management of contracts and orders.
  • Accounting for invoices and support for the accounting department (use of PRINEX).
  • Control and management of construction documentation and occupational risk prevention (ORP).
  • Management on documentary platforms such as Obralia.
  • Cost control and preparation of construction reports.
  • Support for monthly closings and financial monitoring of the project.


Requirements:

  • Education: Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or similar training.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration or accounting, especially in the construction sector and in project document management, is a plus.
  • Knowledge: o Advanced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Use of ERP for construction management (experience with PRINEX is valuable).
  • Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention (ORP) and subcontracting regulations in construction.
  • Valuable experience in using documentary platforms such as Obralia.
  • Skills: Organized, meticulous person with attention to detail, document management skills, and good communication skills.
  • Others: Driver's license and availability to travel to construction sites in and around Barcelona.
