Job Description:

At Solduct, a leading company in the construction sector, we are seeking a Production Manager/Assistant Site Manager with training in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, to join our team on construction projects in Barcelona and the surrounding area.

Main functions:

• Ensure compliance with preventive measures in the workplace.
• Manage human and technical resources to achieve project production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Planning and organization of the different production areas on site.
• Distribute and assign tasks to productive staff, supervisors and team leaders.
• Maximize on-site performance by optimizing resource utilization and implementing continuous improvement policies.
• Maintain a daily and direct relationship on-site with clients and collaborators.
• Prepare production reports, evaluate relationships, and monthly closings of works.

Requirements:

• Training: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent training.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in building projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Office.
• BIM training will be valued.
• Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Driver's license and availability to travel.
• Available to work in Barcelona and surrounding areas.
