Job Description:

At Solduct, a leading company in the construction sector, we are seeking a Junior Construction Manager with at least three years of experience in residential construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of projects, from inception to final delivery to the client, ensuring the highest quality and meeting deadlines.

Main functions:

• Control and execution of works from start to final delivery, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Review of the construction project, analyzing and adjusting measurements as necessary.
• Management of the construction team, including production managers, supervisors, foremen, crane operators, and officers, as well as subcontracted personnel.
• Selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers for the project.
• Verification of measurements and preparation of certifications.
• Economic management and control of the work.
• Supervision and coordination in the areas of prevention, quality, and the environment.
• Control of deadlines, resolution of incidents, and delivery of the work to the client.

Requirements:

• Education: Civil Engineer, Technical Architect, Public Works Engineer or similar qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as Construction Manager on residential building projects.
• Driver's license and availability to travel.
• Availability to work in Barcelona and surrounding areas.
