Job Description:

At Solduct, a leading company in the construction sector, we are seeking a Construction Manager with experience in residential construction to oversee and coordinate the execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction is completed in accordance with quality and safety standards and within established deadlines.

Main functions:

• Planning and organization of work on site, ensuring proper execution according to plans and technical specifications.
• Supervision and coordination of work teams, including our own personnel and subcontractors, to ensure efficient progress of the project.
• Control of materials and resources, managing their reception, storage, and proper use in the project.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Resolving incidents that may arise during the execution of the work, making quick and effective decisions.
• Constant communication with the Site Manager and other responsible parties to report on progress and any eventualities.
• Verification of the quality of the work performed, ensuring that it meets established standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience: 5 years as a Construction Manager, preferably in residential building projects.
• Technical knowledge: Interpretation of plans, team management, and quality control on site.
• Personal skills: Leadership, organization, problem-solving and effective communication skills.
• Driver's license and availability to travel.
• Available to work in Barcelona and surrounding areas.
