Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Office Draftsman to join our team in Barcelona. The selected candidate will actively participate in the technical design, definition of construction solutions, and construction monitoring of architectural envelopes (facades and metal enclosures).

You will work closely with the Site Manager and the rest of the team to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, feasibility, and efficiency.

Main functions:

• Design of construction solutions for aluminum and steel facades and enclosures.
• Defining meetings, resolving technical details, and preparing manufacturing and assembly plans.
• Drafting technical proposals and supporting bidding processes.
• Coordination with the Site Manager and supervision of technical development during the execution phase.
• Interlocution with clients, architects, engineers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Training: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical training.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a technical office within the facade, envelope or construction sector.
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with Project, Solid Edge, or other technical modeling programs is a plus.
• Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English.
• Personal skills:
• Technical profile with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, commitment and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to propose viable and efficient construction solutions.
• Others:
• Immediate availability for incorporation.
• Driver's license and availability to travel.
